Place your order online or with our customer service department and your online redemption account will automatically be set up and ready for use. You will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail with ordering instructions (including Username and Password). You are now ready to Redeem Online. Your inventory will draw down one at a time with a customized Italian Marble with Acacia Wood Cheese Board or Coaster set for each client.
Your pre-purchased Marble and Acacia Wood Cheese Boards are inventoried in a pre-production status at our facility. When you want to give a personalized gift, you can redeem your order online providing your unique design and personalized text. We will then customize your Marble & Wood Cheese Board with our high speed laser engraver. This smoothly etched process delivers a permanent, long lasting impression which will stay in front of your client for years enhancing repeat business and referrals. The laser engraving process takes up to 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

How do I place an order?

Can I cancel my order for inventoried items?
You may cancel your order and receive a partial refund within 45 days of
order placement. There will be a $50.00 service charge for all cancelled
orders. After 45 days orders are non-refundable.
Do I need to add personalization to my Marble & Wood cheese board?
No. You can choose any one of our designs or leave it just the way it is. Our closing gifts will be created according to your needs. Just type "NONE" where it asks for "Personalized Name", "Custom Message" or "Signature Line" if you prefer to leave an area blank.
What is your turn around time once I place an order?
In house manufacturing time is 5 business days or sooner (holidays & weekends excluded). Please allow additional time for shipping via UPS Ground. Since shipping times vary, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If you need a gift fast, contact us BEFORE placing your order and talk to a representative so that we may find ways to expedite your order.
I found an error in my Online redemption order. Can I fix it?
Yes. If you contact us before 2:00 p.m the next business day after you have processed your online redemption and we have not produced your product, we will be happy to cancel or make any changes as needed. In order for changes to be accepted, please make sure you have verbal confirmation or we have responded via e-mail with acceptance. Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully.
I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
In the event that you make an error and need a replacement, we offer a replacement price equal to our lowest list price (100 unit price) plus freight.
Shipping: Domestic and International
As a rule, most of our domestic and Canadian packages are sent via UPS Ground Service. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. So, please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
Shipping charges are based on shipping within the continental United States. Shipment to locations outside the continental United States will incur additional shipping charges.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipments:
Please note that UPS requires 2-day air shipment to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to these states will be adjusted accordingly for shipping cost. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order.
At this time we do not ship to Canada. Due to the cost of the product and the large size of the shipping boxes it is not cost effective for Canadian shipment.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Please note, marble and wood are natural materials and as such may vary slightly in color and appearance. VRS Marking and the Perfect Closing Gift Home Décor sister company believes in the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless they are damaged or flawed in manufacturing. Of course, if we have made an error in the personalization we will be happy to exchange it free of charge.
Because of the process used to manufacture our gifts, even if you order an item with no personalized text on it, the item is still considered "personalized" and cannot be returned.
If your order is damaged in shipping, materials and/or workmanship you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit to your account or exchange.
The customer is responsible for contacting PCG Home Décor regarding returns prior to return. All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.

All returns must be sent postage paid. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.
If you received "damaged" or "incorrect" merchandise you have 7 (seven) days upon receiving your order to return your merchandise. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will immediately provide you with a replacement.
This guarantee does not include items that are misspelled due to purchaser error. Please read instructions for personalizing and double check all spelling before submitting order.
VRS Marking and PCG Home Décor does not release your name, email address, or any other personal information to any other companies or individuals.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.
